Wanted! Senior Web Designer
Your creativity, confidence and out-going personality will be great assets to our Projects Team. You should be looking upon design with the fine balance of the aesthetic and the functional. End-user experience and usability is your greatest concern.
You will be meeting with our clients to share your insights and expertise in the areas of design, usability and accessibility. You will be constantly challenged to question and solve the functional aspects of design in terms of layout, typography, information architecture and brand desirability.
Basically if you are someone who is interested in spending more time understanding client's design requirements + constraints, research for new ideas and then work with a designer to implement concepts. You are someone who will be of an interest to us. You should have experience in designing information and functional driven websites that are of mid-complexity type. ** Active8 is not looking for interactive designers.
Requirements:
- At least 3-4 years working experience with focus on web projects
- Ability to engage clients and understand their DESIGN consideration and constraints
- Ability to work with designer for mockup/concepts implementations
- Strong conceptual skills
- Analytical mind with a focus on web usability and information architecture
- Good spoken and written English

Sales and Marketing Senior Executive/Manager
As Active8 moves on to become a more innovative and product-driven company, we are looking for self-motivated individuals with strong leadership qualitites and the ability to understand the complex aspects of both sales and marketing in the web driven industry.
You will be in charge of the execution and optimization of all sales and marketing activities. We're looking for someone who's creative, ambitious, and has some experience with sales, accounts servicing, online marketing, and/or any other web related experience. If you're looking to step things up and see what you can do with your ideas, this is the place to be.
You will be participate in team discussions to help with campaign planning, major marketing programs and creative marketing concepts.Wou'll also be working with cross-functional teams to develop overall web marketing strategies and collateral, including website presentation, multimedia content creation, online advertising initiatives and direct marketing campaigns.
You will be tasked to generate sales for Active8's online services and platforms as well as meet up with other creative agencies' executives and management for business development opportunities.
Requirements:
- At least 3-4 years working experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be adept at building and maintaining strategic relationships with a diverse group of professionals
- Creative, execution-oriented and results-driven
- Highly motivated and independent
- Innovative thinker with the ability to propose and drive new ideas and concepts
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Online marketing experience will be a HUGE plus
