In the last decade, Active 8 has firmly established our credentials as a specialized web consultancy. We excel at Informational and Marketing driven websites, powered by our very own Content Management System (CMS).
Our capabilities are proven in delivering Corporate Sites (B2B and B2C), marketing based Microsites, and Community based portals. We also possess a Singapore Government – S4 tender license which allows us to bid and work on projects worth up half a million.
We have had the opportunity to work on many exciting (and challenging!) projects with reputable clients such as the Subordinate Courts of Singapore, Ministry of Home Affairs, Infocomm Development Authority, to name a few. In addition, we also have numerous fun and invigorating commercial marketing and community projects to add to our list of accomplishments.

Sam, Chief Marketing Officer
Sam is the Marketing Brain of Active8. Graduated with first class honors in Information System from University of Manchester, Sam has worked in the Internet industry for the last 9 years. He is experienced in Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and other online marketing strategies. Sam has also worked with clients such as IDA, SCB, IPC, OSIM, National Geographic Channel and others on their online marketing plans.

Alan, Technical Director
Alan is the Technical Brain of Active8. Graduated with first class honors in electrical electronic engineering from the University of Manchester, Alan has worked in the IT industry for the last 8 years. He has previously worked in leading solution companies such as Frontline and Crimson Logic before joining Active8 as Technical Director. Alan is a SUN certified java programmer, SUN web component developer, IBM certified Solution Developer for XML and Objected Oriented analysis and design using UML.
LOVES reusable components, open frameworks, Visual Driven and simplified development techniques. HATES complexity!
Mark, Head of Web Services
Mark is the "Web Brain" behind Active8. Stemming from a Creative and Design background, Mark has previously worked with various listed companies as well as advertising agencies in their online projects and development. Taking pride that Active8 is not just a "Design Agency", nor a "Software House", he constantly tries to marry the Visual and Technical aspects of web development in search of the perfect blend of form and function.
